The iStandUK Innovation Award:
The iStandUK award is open to any public sector organisation in the UK that can demonstrate innovation and achievement in electronic data standards. E-standards are vital for enabling information sharing and information exploitation to support efficiency, transformation, and transparency of local public services in the UK. The award is delivered as part of the iNetwork Annual Innovation awards.
The Awards Process:
Nominations
The submission period began Monday 15 August at 10.00am and will close at midnight on Tuesday 27th September. To nominate a project, visit the award nominations page on the iNetwork website.
Public Vote
Nominations will be displayed on the iNetwork website for public vote on Friday 30th September at 10.00am. Public voting will determine the shortlist of finalists that will be forwarded to the judging panel. Public voting will close Thursday 6th October at midnight.
Judging Panel
The elected judging panels will independently review and grade each application at a period between Friday 7th and Friday 14th October.
Finalist announcement
The shortlist of finalists will be announced on Tuesday 26th October, these finalists will then be formally invited to the iNetwork awards ceremony.
Award Ceremony
Award Winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony and dinner held in Manchester on 16th November 2016. This will be the evening before “Changing Places: Delivering on place – based change”, the iNetwork 12th annual Winter conference. Representatives from IStandUK will be present at both the award ceremony and iNetwork annual conference.
